Confidentiality Agreement

The party reviewing this content fully understands and agrees that they are gaining access to and reviewing certain confidential information being disclosed by HomeSafe Home Services regarding possible proprietary information, patent uses, relationships or activities, as well as other confidential information. "Information" may, in addition to written and printed materials, include, without limitation, potentially copyrighted and/or patented materials, business plans, media and all copies, extracts and summaries thereof ("Confidential Information").

With respect to HomeSafe's Confidential Information, the party reviewing this content hereby agrees that they shall not use, commercialize or disclose such Confidential Information to any person or entity except to its own employees or other individuals having a "need to know" the content.

The party acknowledges and agrees that any suit, arbitration, mediation or other remedial process necessary due to misuse of any Confidential Information shall be filed and maintained in Lafayette County, Mississippi.
